Mail RailMail Rail terms of use

These terms apply to the use of Mail Rail ("the app"), a Microsoft Teams app published by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you use the app for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Mail Rail shows your Outlook (Exchange Online) mailbox inside Microsoft Teams and lets you read, search, organise and send email through Microsoft Graph. It is not a replacement for all Outlook features. You need a Microsoft 365 account with an Exchange Online mailbox and Microsoft Teams.
2. Your account and your data
You stay the owner of your email and data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the app, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the email that you send with the app and for following your organisation's policies.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to send spam or unlawful content, to break the security of the app or of Microsoft services, to reverse engineer the app, or to go around usage limits of Microsoft Graph.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. Microsoft can change or limit its APIs; we can change features of the app. We will announce important changes on https://mail-rail.apps.elektraset.com/support.
5. Price
The app is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before any charge, and you can stop using the app.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount that you paid us for the app in the last 12 months (or EUR 100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it in Teams and removing its access at https://myapps.microsoft.com. We can suspend access if you break these terms.
8. Trademarks
Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Exchange are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Mail Rail is not made or endorsed by Microsoft.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Elektraset, s.r.o. has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
